Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their order if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a refund, products must remain unused and in their original condition. Customized fabric orders, cut fabrics made according to customer requirements, and sale or clearance items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. To initiate a refund request, customers should contact our support team with order details and supporting photos if applicable. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Product exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.
