Returns

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Duravi Home.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
